Video Games Worth 5 Dollars!

This is going to be a kind of a review or what I think of the games so far.

Mario & Luigi Bowser’s Inside Story seems a little easy. Leveling up seems to happen very often. The game just doesn’t do it for me. I feel like I’m just exploring the world with Bowser then Mario & Luigi are just fillers. They game feels really easy, no boss fight I find notable for any difficulty. I’m I just saying this because I’m having more fun playing SoulSilver? No, the walkthrough on the game makes SoulSilver only 50% as fun as it should be. I’m not saying is a terrible game, I just don’t think it was better than Partners In Time. To be honest I would rather have my money than the game. I do enjoy it somewhat but not as much as I was hoping for. So, if your going to buy it play a demo first.

Pokemon SoulSilver its only at half potential and its amazing. They music is just stunning. The 3D effects feel more refine and a better feeling when you play the game. The story almost the same as the original with some improvements. I feel the improvements are a nice touch and fit in nicely with the original plot. If you like Pokemon games this one is a must have. If you on the fence on buying Platinum or waiting for Heart Gold or Soul Silver. I would say Platinum is a waste of money. It does have a few things that you might want for competitive battling but, not much. If you want to catch them all get Platinum If you desire.

UPS

OK, pretty pissed at UPS right now its been 2 days now and my HGSS has not been delivered. I payed good money for a 1-2 days shipping. I have so many problems with postal services. The departure of my game started at Hong Kong which some how makes it way to Anchorage Alaska then goes back to Hong Kong and then to South Korea. Thats what it says now, in the morning it said it started at Hong Kong made its way to South Korea then they sent its all the way to Louisville Kentucky. So what the fuck UPS. Thats fucking amazing I could of bought 2000 Nintendo Points with the money I had to pay you bastards to send me my package and give me no tracking number and only a live feed which I believe now to be incorrect. So next time I’m sticking with the USPS the only problem I have with them is if its small enough to fit in a mail box they will put it in a mail box. So you might go say okay you said you delivered my package but I never received it but 2 days later you check your mail box and its in the mail box.

All The Way, Away

Okay, bad day I woke up late didn’t have time in the morning to check the if my order was already sent. So as I came home expecting HeartGold & SoulSilver, I saw the UPS people coming down the road. So, I was in awe. It looked as it would come and stop but they didn’t it kept going. Ruined my whole day. So the video coverage will have to wait. They are still preparing the order. Well Its officially coming out at the end of today [(The End of today for Japan) in about 14 hours from the posted time of this blog].

Slow Poison

The long wait for HeartGold & SoulSilver. I Should have them tomorrow. So until then I have no more to say.

Far From Over

This is just a copy and paste from my blog on my new site “Pokemon Works” Skorgro wasn’t doing well for over 5 months. I had to pull the plug sometime. So If you want take a look at Pokemon Works. Join & or just look don’t expect to much It has a 1 day effort put into it.

Well PokeWorks is looking well. I just finished the banner nothing much I can say about my shoddy work. Nothing more to say in this blog.

Tomorrow hopefully Bat Country by Avenged Sevenfold comes out for Rock Band 2. I know its out already but it isn’t available for people who have a Wii. Amazingly I have 200 Nintendo Points I saved just in case an awesome song like that came out. I’ll have to buy more Nintendo Points anyways if I’m going to get Pokemon Rumble so it wouldn’t matter if I didn’t have the 200 Nintendo Points.

We will hopefully start coverage of Pokemon HGSS sometime this week. Right now I’m at Pre Order / Back Order I’m waiting for that to change to Shipped. Not much to say about it right now hopefully it was worth the money. I’m going to be so busy playing and uploading videos of HGSS that I’m not going to have time to play Mario & Luigi Bowser’s Inside Story. My downtime will be used to do homework.

Forget it

Well, I have some free time yes I do. School has been bothering me lately and taking up 6 hours or so then a few more for homework which I mostly likely only do half or none. Sadly I told myself I was going to do good this year.

Well HeartGold & SoulSilver is coming out soon every soon. I will try to have coverage on that as soon as a get the game. It will mostly likely be on Skorgro, PokemonWifi.org and my Youtube. I’ll try to whip out 10 video per day so I’ll record for an hour or so per night. I’m only going to try to upload at least 1 video per day. So look forward for that next week.

OK, I did get Metroid Prime Trilogy like I said I was going to. The shirt fucking came in XL. I wear a small most of the time and I have a few Youth Large shirts that fit me. No way I’m going to be using an XL shirt. Its not that I came late and all the Smalls were taken. Its because GameStop only order XL shirts. I was the first to pick up my copy of Metroid Prime Trilogy. My poster also came with damage being the first one out of the box. Oh well the shirt is still good for display.

Oh well that was the only problem with the game. That was the optional stuff, so its not that bad. The tin case looks amazing. The Booklet is a reasonable size so thats awesome. Then the concept art came in this sweet glossy paper. I was hoping for a 3 Disc set but its cool having them all on one. The loading times at the beginning of the game aren’t that long. They couldn’t have done a better job. The “Extras” are a nice little thing they added. I do not see anything they could have done better. In the many days I didn’t post blogs I got to Metroid Prime 2 Echoes already beating Metroid Prime.

Member Card

Yes I did, for all you people as of yesterday at 1:00AM PDT you are able to download the Member Card from Nintendo Wi-Fi using  Mystery Gift. So If you haven’t do so don’t delay the Event ends in September 13th? I think. One day after the release of HGSS strange eh?

SoulSilver

I was going to add this to the other post but I needed more room. As you might know I already preordered it from Play-Asia so im going to get it on or before Sep 14, 2009 . I decided to go with the 2 day shipping since its it was going to cost me 12 dollars already to ship them both 9 more dollars wasn’t to much. Well I might just do a whole walkthrough on the game with narration then show off a little bit of the PokeWalker with the Edge Of Night Sky & Yellow Forest events. Also will show the Arceus and Shiny Pichu events if I can get someone that would like to give them to me or If someone would like to trade them to me. I don’t have many events but I do have almost flawless in IVs and EV trained Pokemon. Well If you would like to enjoy playing the game but remember its in Japanese not a huge issue its not like you have to read the text anyways. Preorder the games from Play-Asia, because remember if you import the game you will have something the flashcart users don’t which is the PokeWalker they can’t steal that >:D.

Intro?

Will I actually work hard and make post everyday or almost everyday? Will I make sure I remember to twitter when things happen? Is this going to happen? Maybe it will maybe it won’t.

I will actually blog about recent games I got. Games I have preordered. Imports worthy of importing. Wii & DSi news I find important. Club Nintendo stuff. Just anything Nintendo with a mix of music and other things I’m doing.

Well for the last few months I was doing nothing I worked on my site Skorgro. Nothing much has happen we are still low on members. Its basically me and 3 other guys most of the time with a 4th guy that visits every so often. I recently preorder Pokemon HeartGold & SoulSilver.  I payed for one and my irl friend paid for the other one. We flipped a coin or just used the coin flip app on the Poketch to decide who got which game. I got SoulSilver and he got Heartgold. So I will blog about that once it comes in. I also got the exclusive code for Doc Louis’s Punch-Out!! from Club Nintendo. Well I haven’t gotten but I’m going to get it by November 1st. The exclusive Wiiware is nice but still we need more things like Club Nintendo of Japan.

I intend to by Metroid Prime Trilogy some time during its release. I’m hoping to get 4000 Nintendo points on Sunday to use to buy Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Life As A Darklord & Pulseman. The other 2000 points might go to my DSi or Wii depend on what games come out that Monday. Nothing to awesome.

In clothes I hate having a school year when I find someone with the same shirt. One of the reason I look harder for the more rare shirts. Hot Topic was my main to buy all my clothes to wear, it felt as no one else bought shirts from Hot Topic. Until now I always see an Avenged Sevenfold shirt I have or whatever. I still find a few rare band shirts at Hot Topic but since its pretty ghetto now its still about the music just not really about the rock so not that many great shirts.  But, to fill my needs of rare clothes that nobody has and that I would be only one wearing is Clandestine Industries. I bought some from the Your Name In Neon Collection which is fairly new and I also got some from the newest collection Your Bonus To Own Us.

That’s pretty much everything. Except now I’m working on breeding Pokemon legitly without the aid of Action Reply. I have 2 so far a Zapdos for my first team and a Electivire for my second team that I just love using its amazing. Its not the best team but I like how it flows how outcomes can change with it. That is it for now hopefully I will have more to talk about tomorrow. Watching Conan O’ Brien btw.
